Online Conference To Focus on Call Center Industry

Without leaving their offices, IP ONLINE "attendees" will be able to view real-time presentations and workshops conducted by industry experts, participate in peer-networking sessions, tour a virtual exhibit hall where they can speak with leading technology vendors and receive personal product demonstrations, download product videos, market information, press releases, white papers and more.


A fully interactive, Web-based three-day conference and expo set for November is designed to connect contact center professionals with developers of IP technology and industry experts in what the promoters say is the first-ever virtual event of its kind for call centers.

The IP ONLINE Conference and Exhibition, running November 9 through November 11, is the collaboration of two organizations in the CRM, contact center Increase Customer Sales with Email Marketing -- Free Trial from VerticalResponse field: Vanguard Communications and CRMXchange.

Incorporating the latest Web and VoIP technology, IP ONLINE is planned as a dynamic, interactive, Web-based conference and is being called the next step in the evolution of industry trade shows and conferences.

Conference Tracks

IP ONLINE will offer two conference tracks designed to meet both the management/business and technology information needs of "attendees."

Presentations by industry professionals will focus on IP call center architecture, IP trends, the use of VoIP in outsourcing and offshoring, the creation of an IP roadmap, and IP implementation pitfalls.

"As contact centers move to IP, it becomes critical that decision makers fully understand the technology, ROI and performance issues before they make a major investment in technology," Don Van Doren, founder and president of Vanguard Communications, said.

"We've designed IP ONLINE to help call center decision makers separate the reality from the claims, and help them make intelligent decisions for their businesses," Van Doren said.

Unlike traditional conferences, IP ONLINE information won't simply go away. All IP ONLINE sessions will be recorded and made available free to registered "attendees" for 30 days following the conference.
